Direct donations to the fund can be made online via The Cleveland Clinic Foundation's Giving website.  (Please note that tickets cannot be purchased online; to purchase tickets or become a sponsor, click here).

When using the Cleveland Clinic's web site, it is important that you properly fill out the forms so that funds are directed to the proper fund.  NOTE: You may want to print this page out to ensure you have instructions at hand when filling out the forms.

1. Visit https://www.clevelandclinic.org/isupport/default.aspo 
2. Complete the form on the first page
3. On the second page, under "Gift Designation" select "Other".
4. Under "Other Designation", type in "Make it Happen Fund".
